‘DINING AT BILLINGSGATE’ NMDG SUMMER NETWORKING EVENT –MONDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER 2015, BILLINGSGATE SEAFOOD TRAINING SCHOOL, LONDON, E14 5ST
Join us for a healthy, wholesome and fun summer networking event. Learn how to gut, fillet and shuck like a fishmonger and prepare nutritious food that’s fun to eat. Located above Billingsgate Market in London’s Docklands, this is a networking lunch with a difference, a two course meal enjoyed with a glass wine.
You will prepare with the chefs, a couple of canapés such as smoked salmon roulades, marinated squid salad, prawn remoulade and learn how to trim, scale and fillet a fish such as sea bass or sea bream ready for the oven. The sea bass or sea bream will then be roasted with fennel and samphire by the chefs and served for you to enjoy.
Cost: £60 + VAT (N.B. non NMDG partners may only attend a max of 3 NMDG events).
