Royal Docks – Albert Island: The Mayor of London is seeking a development partner with the necessary expertise, ability and financial strength to comprehensively re-develop the Albert Island in the Royal Docks. They will need to demonstrate commitment to high quality development, job creation and the economic regeneration of this part of the Royal Docks.
