Deckhands – Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV)

Job Description

We are  seeking motivated and reliable Deckhands to join our clients growing Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) operations, supporting the offshore wind industry. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and rewarding sector.

🔹 Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
🔹 Day Rate: £170 per day
🔹 Start Date: various
🔹 Permanent opportunity available for the right candidate

🔹UK Flagged vessels, UK and EU Projects

• Accommodation & Travel: Accommodation is provided during training periods, and all travel arrangements are fully covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the safe operation and maintenance of the vessel.
• Carry out mooring, berthing, and unberthing operations.
• Support passenger transfers to and from offshore wind farms.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vessel.
• Assist with cargo handling and deck operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Work closely with the Master and vessel crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• ✅ Previous CTV experience preferred (but not essential)
• ✅ AEC 1 & AEC 2
• ✅ Valid ENG1 or Offshore Medical
• ✅ Up-to-date STCW certification
• ✅ Strong work ethic with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• ✅ UK Right to work

Additional Information

• CTV Experience: Preferred but not essential.
• Candidates: We welcome applications from EU candidates; however, they will be engaged on a self-employed basis, as we are unable to deploy them directly.
• Accommodation & Travel: Accommodation is provided during training periods, and all travel arrangements are fully covered.
• Contract Duration: We are offering full-time employment for the right candidate, and this is our preferred route.
